Welcome to the Rockingham Raptors. One of the best sports around is TEEBALL, and it’s not just about hitting a ball off a stick. This year about 360 kids and their families are enjoying teeball.
Your local Association is run by a dedicated band of parents to a very high standard, but let me first tell you what it all involves.
We play modified Baseball rules with the FOUR “F’s” in mind

We need Coaches, Umpires, Scorers and Team Managers. These are very satisfying jobs. A team can not be made up until we have a COACH. All our Officials are normal MUMS and DADS who undergo FREE training to be involved. Most parents are able assist on game day and it requires 6 adults from each side for a game to start.
The season is from mid-October then breaks for Christmas and recommences in late January. The game plays for one hour. Every child must rotate on the field, no child may play in the same position twice. All players get to try all positions and are not allowed to sit on the bench more than once in a game. It’s all about having a go, improving hand-eye co-ordination and having FUN. We do not have a ladder or Grand Finals so as to let the players just enjoy the game.
The final day is mostly a Family fun day with parents participating in the games. This is also TROPHY day where each player receives a trophy, a hotdog and drink. This is all-inclusive!!
