General Information Games are played at the Bob Blackburn Reserve, Challis Road, Armadale Every Saturday morning. We play tee-ball and softball in the summer, and softball in the winter. Tee-ball Age groups are:  Under 7's, Under 9's, Under 11's, Under 13's - all mixed Summer softball age divisions are U13's & U16's Should you wish to play in two age groups, fees for the second game will be halved. Junior Umpires - Coaches needing help with their umpiring duties can arrange for Junior Umpires to do these.  Please contact our Chief Umpire, Geoff Watson prior to your game. State Tryouts - State tryouts will be held on Sunday the 19th & 26th of October. for any more information please see any of the committee members. Canteen - Canteen will be available from 8.30am - We have a number of new items in the canteen this year. Try our new SLUSHY MACHINE! Its a great way to cool down after a long hot day. We have different sizes to suit all the family at affordable prices! Canteen helpers are needed urgently!!! If you can spare an hour or so on a Saturday morning we would love to see you there! Score Cards  - Coaches, these should be handed in at the clubrooms at the end of the game so that game counts can be tallied and also to post the results on team pages. Coaches - If you would like to add a little something each week, such as game results, best player etc, please email Fiona Warwick (fionawarwick@hotmail.com) and she will post it on the website!. Also any coaches that would like some help with training then contact either Linda Tonkin or Andy Shields and they will be glad to help. Fundraising  - To raise much needed funds, we have decided to hold a meat raffle each week. A committee member will be walking around selling raffle tickets each week so please support us and have a chance to win a meat hamper kindly provided to us by ALAN BEATTIES MEATS. AK Striker stubby holders are also available, to keep your cooldrinks cold, at a fantastic price of $5.00 each. We are a Healthway sponsored club so we would ask all parents to refrain from smoking at our venues.  If you must smoke could you please use the designated area (carpark and outskirts of the oval). Please make sure your child has applied sunscreen before the game.  This is provided at the canteen for FREE! Please make sure your child has ample fluid replacement throughout the game - ideally water. Club hats (with the back flap) are part of our uniform and must be worn for the game.
